- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish there were other options for medical care. Virginia mason has ruined my credit. They never sent a bill my credit is ruined. I would say they have really gone down hill over the years and it's a shame. They sent my account to a collection agency called merchants credit and they are in my opinion the devil. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A very special compliment to Amber in Urgent Care at Federal Way. As a patient of Internal Medicine at Federal Way it is weeks out to see a provider so my family goes to urgent care. Last week I was there twice for severe Vertigo out of my mind miserable. I had seen the doctor twice and this is something there is no cure for and the medications were not helping. Just seeing how kind, caring and understanding of my dilemma and urgency from Amber made me feel respected and gave me hope.
